We provide personalized support through a single trusted point of contact, from condominium home watch and lifestyle assistance to estate support and mobile notary services.
Our clients include seasonal residents and snowbirds, retirees, busy professionals, and families who value discretion, reliability, and having one dependable local resource for both everyday responsibilities and more sensitive personal matters.
We specialize in condominium home watch, bringing firsthand understanding of HOA procedures, property management coordination, and the considerations unique to condo living. Beyond that, clients gain a single trusted contact for lifestyle coordination, estate support, and a vetted network of professionals, all delivered with discretion and care.
Yes. Crown Concierge Services is bonded and insured, and maintains the coverage required for NHWA accreditation continuously. For any work requiring a licensed trade or professional, we coordinate vetted, properly licensed providers rather than performing that work ourselves. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Discretion is central to how we work. Personal matters, household access, and sensitive information are handled with strict confidentiality, communicated through secure channels, and managed according to your preferences.

About the Owner
Crown Concierge Services was founded by Amy Cross Torrington, who serves as Founder and Principal Concierge.
Amy brings over three decades of experience across hospitality, finance, telecommunications, real estate operations, client relations, and executive-level support. She spent nearly twenty years in large-scale real estate and telecommunications, managing strategic initiatives, operations, contract coordination, and high-level client relationships before redirecting that expertise into a personal, service-focused business.
Amy personally manages client relationships and either handles matters directly or coordinates carefully vetted professionals on your behalf, always aligned with your standards and kept to one secure point of contact.
Yes. Amy is a mobile notary and can provide notary services by appointment, coordinated around your schedule.

Often, yes. If you need something not listed, we'll discuss it during your consultation. If it's within our capabilities, we'll accommodate it; if not, we can be hired to source and vet a trusted professional on your behalf.
We do not personally perform trade or professional work that requires a license; instead, we vet and coordinate those professionals for you. We also do not provide childcare or medical support, and we do not assist with any unlawful activity.
Because every client's needs are different, we don't use a generic rate sheet. After a private consultation, we provide a tailored plan that may be hourly, project-based, or structured around a recurring schedule.
Yes. Our services scale from a single errand, project, or notary appointment to full, ongoing support, with the same consistency and attention to detail.
Yes. For home watch clients we provide storm preparation before approaching weather, post-storm checks, and coordinated emergency response with trusted-vendor dispatch when the unexpected occurs.
Yes. Our Estate Home Support service provides practical, non-legal help for families managing a Florida home from another state, including property checks, documentation, vendor coordination, and preparation for sale. We work alongside your attorney, CPA, realtor, or personal representative and do not provide legal or financial advice.
About Accreditation
The NHWA is a multi-national organization, founded in 2009, that establishes professional and ethical standards for home watch companies in the United States and Canada and accredits businesses that meet those standards.
Accreditation requires passing a vetting process that includes a criminal background check on company principals, consumer-affairs and Better Business Bureau inquiries, verification of required business licenses, continuously maintained insurance and bonding, and adherence to the NHWA Code of Ethics. Accredited companies are re-vetted annually.
Home watch is a largely unregulated industry, and Florida does not require a specific license to operate as a home watch provider. Independent accreditation through the NHWA provides standards, vetting, and accountability the law does not, giving you a reliable way to identify a trustworthy provider.
In addition to our NHWA accreditation, Crown Concierge Services participates in the local business community, including the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce and Success Women Aligning Together (SWAT).

Yes. Seasonal residents are among the clients we serve most often, particularly for home watch, arrival and departure coordination, and ongoing oversight while they are away.
Yes. Condominiums are a particular focus. We understand the shared systems, building-access procedures, and HOA requirements that condo communities involve, and we work smoothly within those structures.
